The existing property was a four bedroom detached house in much need of refurbishment and development. Built in the 50's in brick and tile.

Clients brief was to give this property a complete refurbishment and total remodelling.
Wentworth home after transformation
The existing property was totally refurbished and extended into a six bedroom house. The remodelling a new slate tile roof, rendered walls and grand features such as open gallery staircase, turret gallery and large reception rooms. The grounds were completely re landscaped. From successfully remodelling this property the real estate value has greatly increased and has become a loveable property in the area.
